What People are Saying about Library Mini Golf...
September 9, 2011 event: “The Library Mini-Golf was THE most successful event garnishing almost 200 teens playing golf on all three floors of the library on a Friday night. The 18th hold was outside the Friend Room where pizza, coke and a trophy awaited the players.”
Cindi Williams, Young Adult Librarian, Gloucester Lyceum & Sawyer Free Library
"On November 6th, 2010, we hosted our first-ever Mini-Golf event at the Darien Community Association, with proceeds to benefit our Scholarship Fund. The interior of our 13,000 square foot historic home was magically transformed into 18 holes of miniature golf, thanks to the hard work and creative genius of the course designers at Library Mini-Golf. Our on-site manager Russ was amazing - from set-up to take down, he assisted us every step of the way, and really helped ensure that every golfer had a fantastic experience. The support from the community was amazing - we had nearly 400 golfers of all ages putt their way through the DCA!"

"Our Library was hit with a budget crunch, which meant we had to close our doors on Sundays. But, the funds we raised at our mini-golf event put us over the top of our fund-raising goal and allow us to re-open on Sundays! It was a big success."
Gail Ravetz, Sandwich Public Library, Sandwich, MA
“One of the more innovative methods of fund raising for libraries is Library Mini Golf!”

"... I had a great time playing Library Mini Golf at the Downers Grove Public Library on March 8, as did hundreds of other people on LMG’s biggest course yet (a full 18 holes across two floors). Check out the pictures from the day in my Flickr set to see just how much fun we all had. I'll be including the event as a case study in my next issue of Library Technology Reports on gaming in libraries, which I'm currently writing."
"We're getting people into the library that have never been here before, and they're having fun."
- Jenny, Friends of Mabee Library
